507 of 2015 :- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code to set aside the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.28 of 2013 on 27.02.2015 on the file of the IVth Additional District Court, Tirunelveli, confirming the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.9 of 2010 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambasamuthiram, dated 03.12.2012 and allow this Second Appeal. JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since these matters have been settled by the parties in mediation, he sought leave of this Court to withdraw these Second Appeals and he has also filed a memo to that effect.
