This civil revision petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by certain office objections raised by the Court of the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi.

2. As a matter of fact, no civil revision petition can be entertained on the office objections raised by the Court below. But, the petitioner, instead of resubmitting the matter by answering to the office objections, has approached this Court by filing the present civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

3. In all probabilities, the petitioner ought to have responded to the office objections and in case the learned Principal District Judge fails to consider the same in accordance with law, then it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach this Court by filing a civil revision petition.

4. However, when the matter is taken up for consideration today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has passed away in

the month of November, 2024 and the learned counsel for the petitioner is yet to get in touch with the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

5. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending and accordingly, this civil revision petition is closed as having become abated. However, the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are granted liberty to file appropriate application, in the event if they want to pursue the matter any further. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
