Crl.O.P (MD) No. 13300 of 2023, dated 21.07.2023, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station, daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
