ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner on the surrender of the petitioner on the same day in connection with S.T.C.No.1283 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
