ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No. not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.457 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and the petitioner was arrested on 16.11.2022.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
