ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ of hand has been instituted seeking removal of encroachment.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, based on the written instructions of Revenue Tahsildar, Rajapalayam vide letter 2/5

dated 30.07.2025, would submit that bridge across the Odai has been constructed in the patta land for the benefit of the children studying in the fifth and sixth respondents school. Therefore, the bridge is catering the needs of the children studying in the fifth and sixth respondents school for reaching the school. Therefore, there is no encroachment identified.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that other nearby encroachments are yet to be removed. If at all any other encroachments are identified nearby the locality, the official respondents shall initiate appropriate action.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S., J.) & (G.A.M., J.) 11.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No am 3/5
