ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2024 and to repay the excess amount received from the petitioner Rs.27,25,000/-, in a time bound manner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the petitioner and the fourth respondent are in the process of amicably settling the dispute between themselves.

3. As they have agreed to pursue this recourse, there is no need for this Court to keep the Writ Petition pending. Therefore, the Writ Petition is hereby dismissed.
