ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.134 of 2023 pending on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Chidambaram.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No. 134 of 2023 pending on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam to the Subordinate Court, Chidambaram. He would further submitted that a time frame may be fixed to the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram to dispose of the case.

3. If the respondent wants speedy disposal of the case, he can approach the transferee Court.

4. There shall be a direction to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam to transfer the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.134 of 2/4

2023, immediately to the file of the Subordinate Court, Chidambaram. After receiving the records, the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram, may assign new number and issue notice to parties for appearance and dispose the case in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
