PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.9 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 109 of IPC, in Crime No.9 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. Considering the nature of the allegations against the petitioners that the first petitioner is a broker and the second petitioner is his wife and considering the fact that they had only actively canvassed the de-facto complainant and considering the further allegation that as a modus operandi, the accused are repeatedly involving in these kind of transactions, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
