ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 25.10.2019 in Crl.M.P. No. 11065 of 2019 directing the petitioner to appear and signed before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, if the petitioner will appear before the respondent police, there would be a chance for foisting a false case against the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition is modified as follows;

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17810 of 2019 "that the petitioner/accused shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, daily at 10.30 a.m., and evening 05.00 p.m., for a period of Four Weeks''.
