This Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the Respondents to further investigate the Crime No.320 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent and find out the missing person namely Vinoth Jeyabal, S/o. Panneerselvam, age 43 years within the stipulated time.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that during the course of investigation, the accused namely Vinoth Jeyabal, has been secured and the First Information Report was closed as further action dropped. Therefore, this matter has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
