ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is employed as Driver in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Limited (TNSTC). He wants to withdraw a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) from and out of his contribution to provident fund account.

3. The respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the eligible amount as per the relevant rules and regulations forthwith and without any delay. This writ petition is allowed accordingly.
