file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have indulged in illegal transportation of five units of sand by using Ashok Layland Lorry. Hence, the case.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)appearing for the respondent police. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) opposed the bail petition on the ground that the investigation is not yet completed. 5.It is seen that the accused have illegally transported five units of sand without any valid permission. This offence committed by the petitioner is not only an offence against any particular individual, but against the Society at large. It affects not only the present population, but the posterity as well. In this view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Hence the petition stands dismissed.
