ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute by insisting the petitioner to make payment to the 6th respondent

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 6th respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Apart from that, they have not insisted the petitioner to make payment. However, the main complaint itself was closed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and they have also denied the alleged harassment, and they called the petitioner for enquiry based on the complaint given by the 6th respondent, the main petition itself was closed, 2/4

nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
