ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents directing them not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent against this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.B2/6214/3728/2023. During the course of enquiry, it was found that there is money transaction between the parties and the enquiry was closed advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
