ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police, to comply with the order, dated 27.09.2019, passed by the learned Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.110 of 2019, and register the FIR against the proposed accused.

2.It is seen that the petitioner lodged a private complaint before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul. The learned Judge in Crl.M.P.No.110 of 2019, dated 27.09.2019, directed the respondent police to register the compliant. After receipt of the same, it is pending on the file of the third respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to register the FIR as directed by the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.110 of 2019, dated 27.09.2019, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
