ORDER

Heard Mr. S.Vellaichamy, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Subbaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Contempt Petition is prosecuted for non-compliance of the order dated 31.03.2022 in W.P. (MD) No. 5841 of 2022, in which a direction had been issued to the Respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 18.02.2022 made by the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the order of this Court dated 31.03.2022 in W.P. (MD) No. 5841 of 2022 has been complied and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
