Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the undated employment notification passed by the third respondent and quash the same in so far as the non-reinstatement of the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Panchayat Clerk in any one of those vacancies with all attendant and consequential benefits.

ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already the petitioner was reinstated into service and nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
