(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The petitioner is the cousin brother of the detenue. The detenue was produced before us. We had an interaction with her. She makes it clear that she is willing to go with her mother. She does not want to be with her maternal aunt. She further alleges that her educational certificates are with the maternal aunt. We called upon the maternal aunt to return the detenue's educational certificates to the mother of the detenue. We have also sufficiently counselled the detenue, her mother as well as the maternal aunt. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this habeas corpus petition.
