Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition(a) in order dt.7/10/2020 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.9964/2020 on the file of this Honble Court and consequently permit the petitioners to withdraw amount of Rs.10,00,000/- in Crime No.1924/2019, on the file of R1 and share equally among the petitioners.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition no.8(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9964 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Perusal of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 08.01.2020 shows that the amount deposited by the accused persons were ordered to be disbursed by the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate to the victims on pro rata basis and hence the petition is liable to be dismissed.
