PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to change the patta name of the property situated in Survey No.517 at Panchalankurichy Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Tuticorin District, within stipulated time based on his representation dated 29.06.2019.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to change the name of the petitioner in the patta land in Survey No.517 situated at Panchalankurichy Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Tuticorin District.

2.Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered, final orders have been passed. The same has also been communicated to the petitioner.
