ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 21.06.2023, and direct the Court below to dispose of the A.S.No.144 of 2015, within a period of three months, and the requisition letter submitted by the Sub Judge, Kuzhithurai vide in letter D.No.1041 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023, this Court made the following order:

"By order dated 21.06.2023, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1041 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 21.06.2023.
