2.The petitioners seek an interim relief that is not maintainable. The learned counsel states that at least the respondents can be restrained from alienating the suit schedule item.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents states that the respondents would not alienate the suit schedule properties during the pendency of this appeal.

4.Recording the said submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
