PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondents to expeditiously file a final report in Crime No.117 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file final report in Crime No.117 of 2015, at early.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that after completion of investigation, the respondent police closed the same as 'action dropped' on 26.06.2015. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that sofar, no notice has been received with regard to filing of referred charge sheet.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to serve the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17331 of 2019 at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
