PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent No. 2 to appoint the Petitioner as the Shareholder (Partner) or representative under the Partnership firm of Shri Balakrishna Boiler and Rice Mills situated at Samayapuram Road, Manachanallur, Trichy District and consequently restrain the Respondent No. 3 from appointing any other person as a shareholder of the said mill by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2024.
