ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide police protection for conducting Kumbabishegam to the temple namely, Sree Kaliamman, Sree Mariamman, Sree Muniyappan Temples on 21.10.2024 based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 08.10.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and at the time of enquiry, both parties have entered into compromise and that the respondent police have decided to consider the petitioner's representation.
