Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family member's life and liberty based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2018 and 06.10.2019 For Petitioner : Mr.N.Ponraj For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 & 2 Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members life and liberty based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2018 and 06.10.2019

2. The complaints lodged by the petitioner dated 19.06.2018 and 06.10.2019 as against the third respondent, is pending with the file of the second respondent. On the strength of the said complaint, the petitioner now sought for police protection at the hands of the third respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the third respondent and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17515 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
