ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A) and 29(1) of the NDPS Act, 1985 read with Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in Crime No.113 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that the petitioner had ran out of the scene of occurrence, even though the quantity is a small quantity, and only considering the fact that already the petitioner has got two previous cases of similar nature, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
