ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the O.S.No.209 of 2022, pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein has filed a suit in O.S.NO.209 of 2022 on the file of the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai, for declaration and permanent injunction, in which all the legal heirs of the family are included as a party. He would further submit that the respondents are dragging on the proceedings for the past two years. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of O.S.No. 209 of 2022, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and 3/6

circumstances and that the suit is of the year 2022, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Judge, Sub Court, Aruppukkottai, to dispose of the said suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge, Sub Court, Aruppukkottai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.209 of 2022, pending on his file within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
