ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a candidate who had applied for Combined Civil Services Examination-IV (Group-IV) for the year 2022 pursuant to Notification No.07/2022, dated 30.03.2022.
2. According to the writ petitioner, he had appeared for the written examination on 24.07.2022 and his results have not been furnished and the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondent herein to publish the petitioner's result along with rank and appoint the petitioner based upon his marks.

Per contra, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions submits that the selection process is over and they are ready to furnish a copy of the OMR sheet of the writ petitioner. He further pointed out that the OMR sheet has been invalidated on the ground that the petitioner has not signed in the OMR sheet and therefore, the OMR sheet has not been valued at all.

4. The respondent is directed to provide the OMR sheet of the writ petitioner within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As far as the other prayers in the writ petition are concerned, the writ petitioner can revive those prayer after going through his OMR sheet.
5. With the said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 11.10.2023 NCC :
