ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.383 of 2023 dated 14.12.2023 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.383 of 2023 on 14.12.2023 for the offences under Sections 279 and 304(A) IPC and Section 187 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report as Un-Detected and also produced the copy of the final report.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to serve RCS notice on the petitioner and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order, if not filed earlier.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if aggrieved by the final report.
