ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 8 based on the writ petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2024 made to the first respondent through online.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Malai Kani, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 5 and 8. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed matrimonial and family dispute between the writ petitioner and the private respondents and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.1269 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
