2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, investigation is completed and Final Report is made ready on 20.11.2023. It will be presented before the concerned Court within a period of one week.

Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be direction to the respondent Police to present the above said Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
