ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to provide police protection for life and limb of the petitioners based on petitioners' representation dated 01.10.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioners have sold the property to the private respondents in 2021 but the property sold was odai poromboke, that the private respondents have demanded to return the sale price and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners, CSR No.1036 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry. 2/4

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioners as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
