This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.22/2024 on the file of 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact' on 14.12.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
