O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.09.2023, and to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and property.

2.Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent on 11.09.2023, to take action against one Selvanathan, who is his brother, for mutating the revenue records in his name in respect of the joint family properties. So far it was not considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is purely civil dispute between the parties.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the above said representation, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties and by ascertaining the ground situation.

7.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
