O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.251 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli to the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai. The said H.M.O.P was filed by the respondent seeking dissolution of marriage.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Though the learned counsel for the respondent has made some submissions, he has no serious objection for transfer. 4.Taking the above factors into consideration, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.251 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli to the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai.

5.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.251 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli is directed to be withdrawn from the file of the said court and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai for disposal as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
