The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to call for the records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.996 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 06.12.2022), the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
