PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.11 of 2016, on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal regard to the petitioner. Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 11 of 2016, on the file of the 1st respondent. 1/4
2.The petitioner is the accused person in Crime No.11 of 2016, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of IPC. Setting out various grounds, this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of the above said FIR.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the matter was already referred to the Lok Adalat. Allowed on 13.11.2019. In DVOP.No.21 of 2016, there was compromise between the parties. They resolved to separate mutually. In view of the above said, the above said complaint which are preferred by the counter parties have been closed. Now nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
