RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the 1st Respondent/ Accused No.2 in the above Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18736/2022 dated. 28.10.2022, Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNU J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.18736 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that first respondent/A2 is the key of crime. The accused No.A1 & A3 have filed a anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.17322 of 2022 and the same was dismissed by this Court, on 26.10.2022. He suppressed the said fact and got anticipatory bail before this Court. Further, A2 and her brother gave life threat to withdraw the complaint. Hence, he prays to cancel the anticipatory bail passed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD)No.18736 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.14136 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is no violation of condition imposed upon the petitioner, by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there is no violation of condition imposed upon the petitioner, by this Court, this Court is not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
