ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petition mentioned documents had been mortgaged in favour of the second respondent. The petitioner availed loan. His case is that on account of the government policy, the loan has been waived. Be that as it may, the petitioner is willing to pay the principal amount as demanded by the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2023. Based on the same, the second respondent shall act accordingly.

3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
