To call for records pertaining to the impugned dismissal order dated 06.09.2024 passed by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.A.No.18 of 2023 which upheld the judgment made by the Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur in S.T.C.No.106 of 2017 dated 20.01.2023, confirming the conviction and sentence imposed against the petitioner and set aside the same as illegal.
