This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner to produce and hand over the Petitioner's possession buses bearing Reg.Nos.PY 05 A 4299 and PY 05 A 4399, under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the FIR was registered in Crime No.78 of 2021 and so far 6,365 petitions had been received by the second Respondent. He would further submit that more than 350 Crores involved in this case.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The second Respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the reported ruling of the Hon'ble 2/4

Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1.
