2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in Crime No. 141 of 2019 has been completed and the first respondent police is ready to file final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
