2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondent would submit that the case is posted to 22.12.2022 for framing charges.

3.In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to fix a date for trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.92 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of framing of charges.
