ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.297 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has registered an FIR in Crime No.297 of 2024 on 04.07.2024 for the alleged offence under Section 303(2) BNS and that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court through e-filing.
