ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 15.06.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Thanjavur vide the letter in D.No.7453 /2023 dated 10.11.2023, this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".
2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 15.06.2022, directed the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.84 of 2016 and 73 of 2004 on or before 31.12.2022. Subsequently, at the request of the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, six months further time was granted, vide order dated 05.01.2023 and again three months further time was granted, vide order dated 27.07.2023.
3. Now the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, has submitted a requisition dated 10.11.2023 stating that she has been nominated for the evaluation 3/5
of the answer papers of the main written examination for the post of civil Judges from 14.11.2023 to 08.12.2023 and seeks three months further time to dispose of the suits.
