ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Trial Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court and letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No. II, Sivakasi, Full Additional Charge of District Munsif, Sivakasi vide his letter in D.No.59/2025, dated 27.02.2025 requesting for further period of 30.06.2025 time to dispose the above said case pending on its file, this Court made the following order:- "The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, who is in Full Additional charge of District Munsif, Sivakasi, has addressed a communication to this Court on 27.02.2025, seeking further two months time to dispose of E.P.10 of 2022 in O.S.No.155 of 2016. It is listed today for passing orders. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner in E.P. submits that the execution petition, for the arguments of the 7th defendant, is being adjourned from 26.04.2024 onwards. For the past 23 hearings, it is being adjourned only for the purpose of the 7th defendant's arguments.

3.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the petitioner in E.P. is bedridden and he seeks expeditious disposal of the execution proceedings without any further unnecessary adjournments. 2/4

4.Considering the request made by the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.10 of 2022, on or before 30.06.2025, and send a compliance report to this Court."
