This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.1312 of 2016 from the file of the I Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to Family Court, Madurai.

3. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not connected through video conference.

4. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is of the year 2017 and the matter has been kept pending till date. Earlier, this Court granted interim order on 07.02.2019 and the same was not extended thereafter. There is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the I Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1312 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not disposed of earlier. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
