Respondent/Respondent Prayer in TR.CMP(MD)No.148 of 2017:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.900 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Trichy, to the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and consequently, direct the transferee Court to deal with the said case in accordance with law. Prayer in TR.CMP(MD)No.149 of 2017:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw the case in G.W.O.P.No.12 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, Trichy to any one of the Courts having competent jurisdiction to try the said case at Thanjavur, Thanjavur District and consequently, direct the transferee Court to deal with the said case in accordance with law.

(In both Cases) For Petitioner : Mr.M.Pitchai Muthu COMMON ORDER TR.C.M.P(MD)No.148 of 2017, is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Trichy, and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and consequently, direct the transferee Court to deal with the said case in accordance with law.

2. TR.C.M.P(MD)No.149 of 2017, is filed to withdraw the case in G.W.O.P.No.12 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, Trichy, and transfer the same to any one of the Courts having competent jurisdiction to try the said case at Thanjavur, Thanjavur District and consequently, direct the transferee Court to deal with the said case in accordance with law.

3. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in these petitions since the parties have settled their dispute and are living together. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
